Kagongo Music Hall is Nairobi's home for intimate classical and jazz performances, a space where the proximity of performer to audience transforms every concert into something private and unforgettable.
Housed in a historic building in Gachie and designed with the world's great small concert halls as our inspiration, Kagongo is built on the belief that remarkable music deserves an equally remarkable space.

Our Inspiration
Standing on Great Shoulders
Kagongo was shaped by a study of the world's finest intimate concert halls, from Bargemusic in Brooklyn to the Koorzaal in Amsterdam. Eighteen venues that showed us what a small room can achieve.
